Kindly ensure your availability throughout the session\, as you will be allocated a specific time slot subsequent to your booking. Maria will demonstrate the technique\, and then you can allow your body to move accordingly… \nThe music is intentionally crafted to evoke a wide range of emotions\, allowing you to effectively let go of any negative emotions in the process. The objective is for you to depart from the class with a sense of reduced burden and increased happiness. \nPlease wear garments with a relaxed fit to facilitate unrestricted mobility and remember to bring a container of water.
